Essential Job Duties:
- Develop healthcare based applications (including grant manage & financial allocations) using ASP.NET, C#, Visual Studio, JavaScript, and HTML / HTML5.
- Develop and manage SQL Server databases, and generate & manage SQL scripts for maintaining SQL Server databases using SQL Server Management Studio.
- Implement Section 508 Compliance Standards (WCAG - 2.0 Level AA) in existing and new applications.
- Generate and manage SQL scripts for database management
- Develop and manage SQL Server databases using SQL Server Management Studio 2012 or higher
- Submit semi-monthly and monthly reports stating completed tasks /accomplishments
- Attend Development team meetings
.Education and Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university is required; equivalent years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree
- A least (3) three to (5) five years of relevant development experience is required
- Development experience using ASP.NET 4.0 and newer
- Development experience using C#
- Experience generating and managing SQL scripts
- Development experience using Visual Studio 2015 or higher
- SQL Server database development and management using SQL Server Management Studio 2012 or higher
- JavaScript experience
- HTML / HTML5 experience
- Experience implementing Section 508 Compliance Standards - W3C Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 Level AA
- Experience with Visual Studio Team System desired but not required
- Experience with SQL server reporting services desired but not required

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Minimum Requirements:
- Code, test, debug, implement, and document basic programs.
- Assist in the modification of company products and/or customer/internal systems to meet the needs of the client and/or end-user.
- Assist in the research and analysis of existing systems and program requirements; assist in preparing documentation to change existing programs.
- Perform data analysis to support internal and external project needs.
- Design basic programs for projects or enhancements to existing programs.
- Write specifications for programs of low to moderate complexity.
- Assist in resolving routine production support problems.
- Assist in the completion of unit testing by preparing test data, running tests and evaluating results.
- Develop screen tests and debugging problems.
- Develop test plans to verify logic of new or modified programs.
- Create basic documentation in work assignments such as program code.
- Conduct routine quality assurance activities such as peer reviews.
- Remain abreast of and research industry technical trends and new development to maintain current skills and remain current with industry standards.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in related field.
- 3-5 years of relevant professional experience required.
