Assedo Consulting provides planning and public outreach services for infrastructure projects in the planning, design and construction phases of development.

Our ideal candidate has:

• Experience with customer service and customer relations or similar position
• Excellent communication and writing skills
• Expertise in identifying and addressing customer complaints,
• Ability to manage and provide appropriate solutions for customers
• Ability to problem solve and identify escalation solutions
• Experience capturing information and creating reports in databases
• Strong organization skills and ability to work within tight deadlines
• An analytical mind with great attention to detail
• Patience and positive disposition for customer service issues

Examples of typical job duties include:

• Administrative tasks (phone calls, emails, virtual meetings)
• Attending meetings with technical/construction staff
• Addressing customer questions, concerns, and problems with contractors
• Coordinating customer service appointment scheduling
• Maintaining contact databases and mailing lists with updates
• Building and maintaining long-term relations with clients, media, vendors etc.
• Creating reports for management review and discussion

We are conveniently located in the Baltimore region and in Prince George’s County, Maryland. Our staff is continually stretching, learning, improving and growing. We are looking for candidates interested in being part of a dynamic team of professionals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
