Coordinator, Supply Chain Purchased Services (Remote - US) Job at Advantus Health Partners
Primary Function/General Purpose of Position
The Coordinator, Supply Chain Purchased Services is an integral facilitator of workflow and administrative activities and key customer support lead within the Supply Chain Purchased Services team. Coordinates movement of contracting projects through the process and facilitates progress. Provides instruction, support, and feedback to internal and external customers. Maintains Purchased Services contracting system and evaluates contracts, supplier, and other information vital to the proper classification, evaluation, and quality of successful contracts. Promotes successful contract performance by preventing and resolving problems. Facilitates Purchased Services PO creation and management as well as maintenance and distribution of expense, performance, and contract reports. Assists with Supplier Onboarding and maintenance of supplier attribute data standards. Collaborates within Purchased Services team and external stakeholders, departments, and customers to maintain standard Purchased Services processes and data standards.
Essential Job Functions
Maintains and updates contracting workflow and data. Informs stakeholders of changes and respond to questions and concerns
Collaborates within Purchased Services team and with other departments to optimize workflow, data quality, and accounting system reconciliation
Maintains Purchased Services contracting system and manages and distributes contract reports to internal Supply Chain teams and external customers to ensure continuity of service and process transparency to external stakeholders and customers
Provides direct customer support for Purchased Services contracting processes, concepts, PO issues, and supplier questions
Assists with Supplier Onboarding process providing direct support to suppliers during Supplier Onboarding process and ensuring Purchased Services supplier data standards are maintained for various reporting needs
Submits and maintains complex, ministry-wide Purchased Service POs, provides customer support for local Purchased Services PO questions, and collaborates with Procurement and AP teams to prevent, identify, and resolve Purchased Services PO and invoicing issues
Provides administrative and project management support for Purchased Services Program Managers and Purchased Services leadership

Education
Associate’s degree or combination of education and relevant experience (required)
Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, analytics, or related field (preferred)
Work Experience
1 year experience in operations, procurement, or supply chain functions (required)
Previous experience working in a direct healthcare environment experience (preferred)
2 years’ experience in healthcare supply chain operations or healthcare service line operations (preferred)
