Job Description
The Coyote's Complete Project Administrator will be engaged in a targeted retention project designed to
encourage enrollment and completion. Utilizing a database of approximately 5K students who are 1-9 credits
away from academic program completion, the Project Administrator will:

Analyze and interpret data.

Engage in student outreach including, but not limited to email, texting, and phone calls.

Evaluate student records.

Guide students to re-engage with CSN including applying, scheduling with an academic advisor, class
enrollment, accessing financial aid, etc.

Provide updates and reports on outcomes.

Track students through the re-engagement process to completion.

Hourly Compensation:
Level 1 (min quals): $21.86
Level 2 (preferred quals) : $25.87 per hour

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university; OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
  
• 2 or more years professional experience in higher education
  
• Experience with PeopleSoft and Excel. Effective written and oral communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree from an accredited college or university; OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
  
• Knowledge of on-boarding processes and referral resources at CSN.
  
• 3+ plus years of experience in higher education, with an emphasis on academic advising
