Location: Onsite Chino, CA

Hours/Days: 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, Monday-Friday

Creative Designer Responsibilities:

• Execute the visual direction and creative strategy of the company
• Create a wide range of content, including static graphics and video assets provided to be used across all social media platforms
• Collaborate with leaders to evolve our processes, tools and systems to ensure we’re creating a consistent, unique and inspiring brand experience across every touchpoint.
• Work on several projects at once while independently managing your creative tasks to ensure tight deadlines are met
• Keen eye for visual storytelling with excellent communication skills, both written and spoken

• Collaborate closely with marketing to coordinate visual content needs for the content calendar, product launches, campaigns, and events.
• Collaborate closely with marketing for web strategy and development to build systems and standards across visual systems.
• Ability to prioritize and create content based on immediate needs and requests
• Lead and participate in creative and strategic workshops, brainstorming sessions, and creative critiques
• Website creation and experience with UI/UX a plus
• Bring bold thinking and creative ideas to advance our brand and reputation
• Be an active participant in our team and company culture.

Creative Designer Qualifications:

• 4+ years’ experience in creative design role working in-house and/or at a creative agency
• Proficient in Adobe software (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere) Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and the web
• Experience designing for different audiences (B2B, end-users, organization)
• Track record of success leading creative projects and programs with a portfolio of case studies.
• Possess strong art direction and design skills
• Ability to create while navigating ambiguity in a high-growth environment.
• Be proactive, clear, and thoughtful in your communication with team members, partners, and stakeholders
• Strong hybrid skill set which allows you to move from high-level strategic conversation to pixel-perfection design with ease
• A proven track record of maximizing potential for yourself and the team around you.
