We are looking for someone who has a customer service background and has experience in the Handyman/contractor space.
This will be a virtual position and you must have a computer and headset for answering calls.
Daily Expecations:
- Answer Calls
- Schedule Appointments
- Confirm Schedule
- Upsell Customer
Systems Used:
- Dialpad
- Google Office
- Keap
We are a leading handyman company with 5 years in the business. This is a Monday- Friday position, roughly 9am-5pm
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
