Description:
- 0-3 years experience required.
- Takes inbound or places outbound calls to provide information to customers.
- Utilizes a database to retrieve customer or company information.
- Must be able to learn and follow detailed instructions, use a variety of resources and possess good organizational skills to provide accurate information.
- Must demonstrate patience, tact, empathy and problem solving skills with consistently good voice quality.
- Can organize and handle calls with speed and accuracy.
- Can work with complex computer applications and resource materials.
- Can use multiple operating environments (Windows, DOS, Mainframe).
- Previous experience may be required.

Top skill set and experience
- Call center experience with not many gaps between jobs.
- Maximus or general dynamics experience is a plus Manager will reject if candidate has several gaps in work history of more than a couple months The agent will be in a call center handling on average 60-80 calls/day.
- We are a Third Party Administrator, TPA, that assists employers, candidates/employees, and clinics with employment screening related questions.
- Requirements for Customer Service I
- 0-2+ years’ experience in service (i.e. retail/restaurant), call center experience a plus but not required
- Reliable, good attendance (must be flexible on schedule based on business needs)
- Able to multitask and be detailed oriented; Good verbal and written communication skillsFast learner, as the worker will be interacting with other departments based on the questions/escalations received by internal/external client customers
- Flex schedule from 8am-8pm, with training schedule 9am-6pm for 2-4 weeks
- Temp to hire position depending on performance
Education required:
- High school diploma or GED entry level position - management level candidates will be considered over qualified.
- Onsite during training.
- After training, 1st and 3rd Wednesday each month, everyone works from home to ensure they can get logged in from home (contingency days).
- Once you hit a certain level in your metrics, can work from home Thursdays and Fridays.
- After training, team makes decision on what schedule will work based on team's needs.Mon-Fri only.
- No weekends.
- Will have advanced notice in order to arrange for certain schedule.
- Answering calls and emails- support 2 labs (Richmond and Gretna)- talk to employers, medical review officers, 3rd party administrators concerning drug tests for workers.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
