We are a fast growing, industry leading online retail company based in Romulus, Michigan. We are seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative to take on many key functions within our business.
We are looking for someone to join our team who can communicate with customers through phone, email, text, Zoom, and chat, responding to customer queries promptly and professionally. You need to be able to work independently to provide information about our business’s products, take orders, and generally assist customers as needed. Providing excellent customer service is important to our company and should be important to you.
This position will also include handling our company’s social media pages, blogs, and newsletters, as well as some office management duties, such as planning office parties, maintaining the company kitchen, and handling media relations.

Qualifications:
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, problem solving skills, and computer skills
· Excellent email skills required
· The ability to handle customer inquiries professionally via verbal or written communication
· Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel
· Document and update customer records based on interactions
· Develop and maintain a knowledge of our current products and policies
· Previous experience in customer service or sales
· Ability to prioritize and multitask
· A positive and professional demeanor

This is NOT remote position. We are located in Romulus, Michigan near the Airport.
This is a long term position – we are looking for someone who would like to grow with our company and secure a responsible, dependable job. You will work directly with the owners and other employees within the building, including warehouse employees. We are strictly online, so you will not be working with customers face to face.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $10.95 - $20.38 per hour
