CSR is the link between installation, sales and customers. The CSR develops quotes for residential work and auto glass, develops and updates schedules, assists walk-in and call-in customers, and works to answer any questions customers might have pertaining to services provided by Allstate Glass.
This position requires a reliable, self-starting, motivated, personable, outgoing person that has the ability to talk to and meet with customers.
Must be able to multi-task and be extremely detailed oriented.
