Well established and growing company is looking for Customer Service Representative for its East Dundee, IL facility.
Ideal candidates possess strong knowledge of computers, excellent organizational skills and willingness to learn our business.
Full time position Mon - Friday 8:30am – 4:00pm.
Receive a $200 signing bonus after 90 days!
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for processing high volume orders for corporate partners
- Verify and ensure accuracy of purchase orders
- Provide excellent, professional customer service both written and or verbal.
- Prepare and submit weekly reports
- Log and process returns
- Account Management
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Detail Oriented and Communication Skills
- Proficient in typing.
- High proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, including outlook and Excel
- Compassion for our animals, customers, and employees
Benefits:
