We are seeking an Entry Level Customer Service Representative with the ability to think outside the box, a drive for career advancement, and a desire to be a part of an impactful, growing team invested in each other. The ideal candidate for the Entry Level Customer Service role has superb communication skills, be comfortable in a leadership role and excited to work as part of a fast paced, results driven team.

Entry Level Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

• Execute lead generation initiatives and qualify new and potential customers
• Facilitate lead acquisition strategies with the goal of increasing prospective customers
• Assist potential customers in selecting which services best fit their needs
• Communicate clearly and effectively with the goal of maintaining a positive customer experience
• Follow all client guidelines and regulations while interacting with customers to ensure a positive and engaging experience
• Attend and participate in virtual networking calls to expand client relationships and long term knowledge
• Learn new strategies pertaining to service promotions, maintain the goals of the office, and work closely in a team environment

Entry Level Customer Service Representative Qualifications:

• A background in Client Acquisition, Customer Service, or Communications
• A degree in Business, Communications, or Marketing is preferred but not required
• A High School diploma or equivalent
• An outgoing, energetic, and determined demeanor when interacting with others
• An undeniable drive for success and professional advancement in a lucrative industry
• A knack for relating to a multitude of personalities and developing a sense of comfort with new customers
• A reliable and self-sufficient personality
• Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• A desire to grow within our organization is a plus!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $800.00 - $1,100.00 per week
