The Customer Service Representative communicates with customers for the purposes of answering questions, resolving problems, determining ongoing and additional product/service needs, as well as supporting compliance to physician direction.
Tasks:
- Communicate with customers via inbound and outbound manual calls and outbound calls generated via automated dialer system
- Document calls and intakes in computerized record keeping system (Productivity)
- Verify and update demographic information such as address and telephone number in computerized records
- Read and analyze documents such as patient orders
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED), or one to three months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Computer entry experience required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
