The Role
As a
Wireless Retail Sales
Representative
, you will be helping our fantastic AT&T® customers with all of their cellular, broadband, and home entertainment needs.
You will be
- Directly responsible for assisting new and existing customers.
- Producing sufficient sales to meet and exceed company and location production standards.
- Become an AT&T® product and solutions expert and able to help all customers with wireless service plans, wireless devices, broadband, and home entertainment packages such as AT&T® TV.
- Handling customer situations and making equitable decisions for the customer and the company.
- Soliciting, coordinating, scheduling, and participating in community events.
- Performing other duties as assigned by sales management.
- Participating as a “team player”, constantly supporting other team members
- Setting an example of high personal and professional conduct for employees and others.
- Creating the ideal customer experience with each customer interaction.
What we are looking for
- Must be at least 18 years of age and have a High School diploma or GED. (2-year associates degree is preferred)
- Experience in retails sales and customer service.
- Strong communications skills.
- Must be flexible to work nights, weekends, and holidays if necessary.
- Team players with a fantastic attitude and a will to win.
- Basic knowledge of computers and mobile phones/devices.

- For new hires, APEX offers a SIGN ON BONUS to help bridge the gap between employment and the first commission check and reward performance. We will pay $1,000 over 3 payments to new hires that are engaged in training, passing tests, making appropriate progress to be commission eligible in three weeks, and who we anticipate will be a valuable APEX employee. These payouts are subjective and to be approved by the Division Director, HR Director and Trainer. The payouts will occur as follows:
l) First payout of $250 will occur on the normal commission payout date around the 15th of the month following your employment (ex. Hire date ANY date in November 2021 – first payout date would be 12/15/21). This bonus payment will be made in addition to any commission earned.
2) Second payout of $250 will occur on the 15th of the month following the first payout (for above example it would then be 1/15/22). This bonus payment will be made in addition to any commission earned.
3) Third payout of $500 will occur on the 6th month after hire in date. This bonus payment will be made in addition to any commission earned.
Your receipt of these bonus payouts are contingent upon your agreement with the terms set forth herein including that if you voluntarily terminate your employment within 12 months of the first day of your employment you will repay the Sign On Bonus. Such amounts will be offset against any final regular pay or commission due and you will be required to repay any remaining amount within 30 days from date of your termination
