****$500 SIGN ON BONUS!**** We are a locally owned and operated dry cleaning and laundry company that's looking for 5-Star Candidates in Customer Service to join our team Immediately!

We are looking for someone needing a career opportunity, not someone looking for a job. Our Customer Service positions are for professional, customer service minded individuals who are looking for a career with great earning potential and advancement opportunities.

Responsibilities and Duties

Customer Service Representatives responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

Build relationships with GREAT Customers and Coworkers, retrieve customer orders, operate computer, and charge system while maintaining the upkeep of store appearance.

You should enjoy a fast paced environment and the ability to handle multiple tasks.

Example of hours: Monday - Friday from 8:00 am to 7:00 pm (shifts may vary), and every other Saturday 9:00 am to 3:00 pm. You can average 30+ hours a week.

We are closed on Sunday's, so you will never have to work a Sunday!

  • Answer incoming customer inquiries
  • Collaborate with management teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies
  • Record customer information within our customer service database
  • Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
  • Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies
  • Other duties as requested
