EBN, one of the region’s largest industrial distributors is looking for a talented, enthusiastic Customer Service professional to build relationships, promote quality products, and deliver first-class service from our location in Evansville, IN.

Specific duties may include:

• Entering sales orders, quotes, and sourcing items.
• Researching customer back-ordered merchandise, scheduling expedites shipments, and processing merchandise orders/ cancels as directed.
• Answering customers' questions and sending additional information per email.
• Keeping up with product and service information and updates.
• Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.
• Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.
• Staying informed about competing products and services.
• Upselling products and services.

Specific qualifications include:

• Business, Sales, or other related field experience
• Knowledge of industrial sales preferred
• Specific industry knowledge, including both familiarity with product lines and the sales process is preferred but not required
• Valid driver’s license
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Superior time-management and organization skills
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Team Player
• Monday-Friday 8am-5pm 40 hours a week
