Minimum qualifications

• Sunshine attitude, we love working with happy teammates

• 0-2 years’ experience serving customers, whether in retail, restaurant or contact center environment

• Willingness to learn about credit cards and retail banking

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• High empathy for others

• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment

• Critical thinking and keen problem-solving skills

• Proficiency using computers

• Flexibility with work schedule to be there when our customers need us most

Preferred qualifications

• Experience in banking operations, wire transfers, ACH, online bill pay, account maintenance and related products and services

• Experience servicing deposit products for checking and savings

• Experience in an inbound contact center (phone and/or chat)

Required Qualifications

High school diploma, Diploma copy required for Background check. – Please confirm you are a high school graduate and can provide verification (transcripts or diploma}.
