A growing mobile gaming company where you can legally wager and win cash online is looking to add a Customer Service Representatives to their team onsite in the Beaverton/Tigard, Oregon area! These Customer Service Representative's will be for their Graveyard/Overnight shift. Job Description:

• Working in Small Call center environment Office of 15 people
• Answer multiple customer requests through phone, chat, and email, as they come through the queue
• Manage various interactions at any given time while providing exceptional quality of service to every customer
• Utilize resources to obtain solutions for customer issues
• Set calendar invites, and provide updates
• Maintain clear understanding of gambling laws, regulations, and compliance
• Strictly follow company process and procedures when verifying customer and account date or other confidential information
• Make outbound customer contact as needed for follow up
• Review, verify, and approve customer changes
• Be on time and satisfy attendance requirements
• Other tasks as assigned by leadership
• Inbound calls are non-scripted, focus on solving problem and creating relationship with customer, not timed calls
• No sales
• Outbound calls are just welcome calls, and nice introduction
