Blossman Gas, America's largest independent propane company has a tremendous opportunity in Asheville, NC for a dynamic Communications / Customer Support Specialist to track sales data, do regular copywriting and be a first-line point of contact for our growing AutoGas business segment.

AutoGas (propane) is a plentiful, domestically-produced, 'green' burning fuel of choice for fleet usage worldwide. Blossman Gas is a lead company in Alliance AutoGas, America's choice provider of alternative fuel for fleet vehicles domestically. The selected candidate will be a primary point-of-contact support for our Alliance AutoGas customers including ongoing account management and infrastructure needs.

Our chosen Customer Support Specialist will be responsible for compiling data on closed sales, conduct regular infrastructure tracking, and focus daily on customer account management. This administrative intensive position is a key support contributor to our expanding AutoGas efforts throughout North America.

Key responsibilities include:

• Ensure AutoGas customers are supported by serving as a first-line responder to needs as accounts are set-up, infrastructure is placed into service, and customer documents are maintained
• Renew permits, contract extensions, and state licensing
• Do regular copywriting duties such as newsletters, documents, and presentation creations
• Maintain sales documentation including proposals, contracts, and business tools
• Provide monthly status reporting to Senior Management and AutoGas Sales team
• Manage online and telephone inquiries; enjoy customer care
• Be dynamic, flexible to change, timely, and team-oriented

Preferred qualifications:

1. Possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Management, Marketing, or other related field strongly preferred

2. Possess 2-5 years of client relationship/account management experience preferred

3. Strong business Communication and interpersonal skills; enjoy customer interactions

4. Proficiency with MS Office; strong Excel experience helpful

5. Ability to manage multiple projects and customer requests

6. Desire to live and work on-site (M-F) in the Asheville, NC area

7. Successfully pass pre-employment background and drug screening
