It also earns to pof-field results: a Harvard study found that the program more than doubles a student's chance of enrolling in a four-year college, and our students are four times more likely to become college graduates than their low-income peers. College Possible has a budget of $33 million, more than 128 full-time employees and more than 321 AmeriCorps and VISTA service members. During the 2021-22 school year, we will reach an estimated 21,245 students in all 50 states, with the support of 169 partner high schools and 107 partner colleges.

Your Role as Manager, CoPilot Customer Success

CoPilot is a Salesforce application that empowers organizations to harness the power of Salesforce in a customizable college access format. Our partners depend on CoPilot to track their progress and report back data for a 360 view of student success. We partner with non-profit organizations and school districts to streamline their data integrity and accessibility; leaving more time to work with students! The ideal candidate will get excited about helping our partners find technology solutions to support students. The Manager, CoPilot Customer Success understands the power of Salesforce and to be able to translate that to our partners through problem-solving and forward thinking.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Work with a portfolio of partners (K-12, Higher Education Institutions, and Nonprofit Organizations) from exploration to implementation, to success, and provide continued support to ensure partners maximize the value of CoPilot.
  • Develop collaborative relationships with our partners to support them through changes that impact their usage and ability to successfully support students.
  • Analyze the different use cases and needs of each partner to provide a customized Salesforce experience (platform configuration and troubleshooting).
  • Conduct formal presentations and CoPilot demos for various senior level audiences and external partners.
  • Maintain regular communication with partners to ensure they are utilizing the features that align with their use case.
  • Deliver personalized system administrator training for clients' points of contact.
  • Document and analyze partner communications and system requirements in our internal Salesforce environment.
  • Work closely with the Managing Director, CoPilot and the Director of CoPilot Services to ensure
implementation timelines and expectations are communicated and met for each partner.
  • Manage external Salesforce and business consultants and support vendor relationship(s).
  • Understand the strategic, long-term goals of the partner organization and the roles Salesforce and other future technology solutions will play in achieving those goals.
  • Recommend technical improvements and innovations that enhance the overall features and functions of the CoPilot app, including, but not limited to, workflow and automation, improved UI, and data visualization.
  • Host seasonal client engagement webinars to highlight new features and functionality.
  • Participate in strategic planning conversations as CoPilot continues to scale.
  • Assist with other projects as assigned.

What You Bring


Education/Certifications/Licenses:

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Salesforce System Administrator certification preferred (or it can be earned within six months of employment).
Related Work Experience:
  • Four plus years of college access and affordability experience in the K-12 space and/or 3plus years of CRM/data management.
  • Systems experience preferred (Salesforce strongly preferred).
  • Account management experience preferred.
  • Experience designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions.
Computer/Software Skills:
  • Well-developed computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint,Office and experience in database management.
Other Skills, Abilities and Requirements:
  • Superb project management and process mapping skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and relationship building skills.
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong prioritization and calendar management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and enjoys creating and implementing new initiatives in a fastpaced environment.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to lift up to 15 pounds when needed
  • Office environment with limited travel
  • Ability to stand and/or sit for a minimum of 7 hours a day
