Your Role and Responsibilities
- Coordinate with key IBM stakeholders to design, build, launch and measure the programs necessary to drive adoption, expansion and retention of IBM Cloud customers
- Monitor and drive customer usage, feature adoption, and overall health
- Understand customer business strategies and business cases, and drive alignment between customer objectives and IBM capabilities
- Develop, deliver and track programs, a plan of action to help ensure customer success and consumption growth
- Make proactive recommendations on leveraging IBM solutions
- Create and deliver enablement content for Customer Success Managers (CSM)
- Create collateral and assets used by CSM, sales and partners to drive customer outcomes
- Build and sustain relationships with stakeholders and decision makers
- Communicate status at executive levels inside client and at IBM
- Monitor customer satisfaction and drive references
- Serve as an escalation outlet and ensure critical client issues are addressed by the appropriate IBM teams
- Identify opportunities for paid services and solution expansion
- Product Enhancements and Feedback
- Educate clients on the offering strategy and roadmap
- Ensure clients leverage new features as appropriate
- Ensure clients are aware of any changes to offering related processes and procedures including operational and business management changes
- Solicit client feedback on product features and capabilities
- Provide input to Development and Product Management regarding offering strengths and weaknesses
- Events and Programs
- Drive attendance and speaker participation in regional and global user events
- Drive customer participation in Marketing webinars and lead gen programs
- Contribute to knowledge bases, white papers, webinars and other programs for capturing and sharing best practices with all clients and CSM
- Represent IBM’s domain expertise online – in IBM and industry communities, web publications, blogs, etc.

- Technical Aptitude to understand and explain the IBM WCP portfolio.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Cloud offering knowledge
- Program Management experience
- Experience working with clients
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- BS degree or previous experience in a similar role
- Design, implement, and facilitate skills & technology enablements for CSMs & Partners
- Implement feedback loop processes based on offering gaps as identified by CSMs and IBM Cloud customers
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- Current Cloud experience
- Proficient in MS Excel & Power Point
- Knowledge of IBM Cloud BU and Product

The compensation range and benefits for this position are based on a full-time schedule for a full calendar year. The salary will vary depending on your job-related skills, experience and location. Pay increment and frequency of pay will be in accordance with employment classification and applicable laws. For part time roles, your compensation and benefits will be adjusted to reflect your hours. Benefits may be pro-rated for those who start working during the calendar year.
This position is eligible for participation in an IBM Sales Incentive plan. Actual incentive opportunity will be based on performance and the eligible Target Incentive, as addressed in the applicable plan, all of which is subject to change. The compensation range listed for this position is the IBM Reference Salary that is used when you are not actively participating in a sales plan. Your actual base pay plus incentive opportunity will be determined by the Incentive Plan assigned to you.
