About the Position
As a member of Meridian University's Institutional Research Team you will collect, analyze, and disseminate data for both internal and external review.
Primarily working with Power BI and Salesforce, our Institutional Research Team creates sophisticated reports, visualizations, and dashboards, which inform developments across multiple domains.

- be able to collect data from a wide variety of sources
- have an innovative mindset, proactively driving data solutions to new and existing needs
- value automation and efficiency, and produce work aligned with these values
- know how to analyze data and communicate findings
- provide others with the tools and knowledge to take action on data and resulting narratives
Classification: Part Time, potential for Full Time
Location: Remote

Required Qualifications:
- High level understanding of Power BI
- Proven experience with data analytics
- General understanding of KPI tracking
- Excellent time-management, and project-management skills
- Strong sense of responsibility and accountability
- Ability to work independently
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Salesforce
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 programs (Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, etc.)
