What We Need:
The Data Associate's primary responsibilities are providing operational support to the Department Administrator. The Data Associate's will need to be able to review the client's data from multiple databases to process requests promptly. The ideal candidate should display a positive and proactive attitude and good communication and time management skills. Experience with projects or data management is a plus.
What You’ll Do:
- Understands customer's data requirements and works to ensure timely processing of clean data
- Responsible for processing data for new orders and open orders specific to a service area
- Identifies and communicates opportunities for process improvement
- Reconciles data for accuracy, identifies, reports, and addresses any issues
- Responsible for assisting with project tasks as assigned and routine quality assurance processes
- Assist in monitoring and responding to customer inquiries
- Other duties as assigned
What You’ll Need:
- Demonstrated teamwork, problem-solving abilities, quality focus, and adaptability.
- Ability to show empathy and understanding while providing knowledge, expertise and guidance on programs, processes and timelines.
- Proficiency with MS Office suite, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
