Ronpak has an excellent opportunity for a Data Entry Clerk at our Shreveport, LA plant M-F 3:00-11:00PM.

The Supply Chain Clerk is part of the Supply Chain team and it responsible for entering production, billing, customer information, and other duties as required to assist in the department.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Prepares source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information.
  • Performs data entry for inventory, shipping, and receiving.
  • Maintains operations by following policies and procedures and reporting needed changes.
  • Resolves deficiencies by using standard procedures or returning incomplete documents to the supervisor for resolution.
  • Filing of receivers and shipping documents.
  • Enter data into access database.
  • Proper communication for shipping detail for customer requirements.
  • Cycle Count as assigned.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Able to work in a fast paced environment.
  • Self-motivated.
  • Detail-oriented.
  • Organized.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Team player with high standards of integrity, ethics and behavior.
  • Proficient in use of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Access and Outlook.
  • Willingness and ability to learn new systems.
