R&P is seeking a Post Delivery Hull Support Manager to manage and supervise technical, programmatic, and logistics support efforts for U.S. Navy Shipbuilding Programs. Work will be performed supporting SUPSHIP Gulf Coast in Pascagoula, MS.

Responsibilities:- Provides support of Post Delivery shipboard testing, compartment completion inspections, certifications, and trials.
- Records documented deficiencies, their screenings and status.
- Participates in at-sea ship trials and trial card pre-screening.
- Conducts trial card recording, tracking, coding, trend analysis, and engineering analysis.
- Provides periodic trial card reports.
- Participates in the following meetings when required: Risk Reviews, Work Management Meetings, Lessons Learned Meetings, Requirements Reviews, Peer Reviews, Test Readiness Reviews, Leadership Meetings and all Engineering Meetings.
- Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) in a related field plus at least 6 years of relevant work experience OR High School diploma with minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience.
- Knowledge of standard concepts, practices, and procedures in ship design, ship production or combat systems, desired
- Knowledge of shipbuilding (design, production, test and trials), U.S. Navy Combat Systems and Post Delivery, desired
- Experience in the operation, maintenance, logistical support or testing of shipboard Combat Systems, desired
- Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Active secret security clearance or ability to obtain one.
