We are seeking an outstanding Licensed Dental Assistant to join our team.

Responsibilities and Duties: Your day-to-day responsibilities include assisting the surgeon during consultation and surgery appointments. You will be an integral part of the team with a wide range of responsibilities and opportunities for learning and growth. Your schedule will be Monday-Friday, no nights or weekends.

Qualifications and Skills: The most important requirement of this position is the ability to genuinely serve our patients on every level, including the ability to enhance patient satisfaction and increase office efficiency. You must be able to positively impact patients, coworkers, referring offices and the practice as a whole. We have found that successful candidates have the following work and educational histories:

• $2,000 Sign On Bonus.
• Salary is commensurate with experience
• Candidates must be licensed dental assistant in Minnesota
• Ability to positively impact patients, referrals, teammates and the practice as a whole
• Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery experience is a plus
• Proven track record of growth
• Experienced with customer service techniques
• Superior communication skills
