Dental Assistant Job at The Primary Health Network
Position Overview
The Dental Assistant assist in the provision of primary and comprehensive dental care as a member of a team of health professionals. This individual performs as a chair side assistant with dental duties (priority) with approval by the supervisor(s). This individual also performs limited clerical duties.
Location and Hours of Position
The general office hours for this position is 8:30 AM-5:00 PM with some evening hours required. This position is located at our PHN Indiana Dental Center, Indiana PA.
Education/Experience Requirements
- Graduate of an approved dental program/school
- Minimum of three (3) months working in a dental office (preferred)
- PA Certification in Radiology (or willingness to obtain)
Compensation + $2,000 sign-on bonus
Range between $16-20 PHN will recognize experience, education and location when determining pay.
Also offering RELOCATION bonus. More details can be discussed during interview
Additional Job Qualifications/Skills
- Previous FQHC experience (preferred)
- Previous experience with Electronic Medical Records EMR(preferred)
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Computer proficiency (required)
- Flexible and Motivated within the workplace.
