Denver Division President Job at FBC Remodel
Do you love leading a team and eager to grow a local design/build office?
A perfect candidate for our Denver Division President position is someone works well under pressure, is passionate about leading a group of talented individuals, and eager to build new business for our local office.
We are looking for someone to head up and grow our Denver Office as we create fresh spaces across the metro. The Denver Division President will directly supervise our Business Manager, Lead Project Manager, and Lead Senior Designer. They will also oversee profit and loss, budgets, and engage in marketing and business development efforts to generate new revenue within the Denver metro.
Job Details
Oversee and chair local office meetings
Engage in business development and marketing to generate new business in the Metro
Lead and manage the FBC Design and Production Process in the local market
Supervise, support, and conduct one on ones with Business Manager, Lead Senior
Designer, and Lead Project Manager.
Coordinate company budget along with profit and loss management and review
Oversee the relationships, pricing, and process of our trade partners and vendors
Requirements
Minimum of two to three years of successful management and business development experience
Proven leadership aptitude and coaching ability
Strong ability to develop partnerships, market new business, and grow a network for profitability.
Experience with overseeing marketing, company culture, finances, profit and loss.
Comfortable with new technologies
Familiar in Excel and QuickBooks
