We are expanding our IT lab and, is looking for more Desktop Technical consultants who can work ONSITE at our both office locations at MN ( Arden Hills and Maple Grove) on a 6-month contract terms.
Contract Duration: 6 Months and candidates needs to work at both locations(Arden Hills and Maple Grove as required /directed by technical manager.
Key Experience Requirements
- Desktop support: 4 year (Required)
- Active Directory: 4 Yrs. required
- VPN: 4 yrs. required
- Software troubleshooting: 4 years (Required)
- Installing Scanners /Printers: 4years (Required)
You should have work experience in the below areas
- Experience with Troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Good understanding of Desktop support and experience working in operating systems, network connectivity and active directory.
- Strong technical skills including trying to resole User ID, Password, Internet and troubleshoot principles.
- Should have vast skill with networking and focus to provide permanent fixes.
- Should be process oriented, flexible with timing and have good communication skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

- Saint Paul, MN: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
