As a Digital Analytics Implementation Specialist, you'll work alongside the Enterprise Marketing Team across all lines of business including Turing Stone Resort Casino, YBR Casino, Point Place Casino, hotels, golf, spas, restaurants, nightclubs, weddings, sales, convenience stores, marinas, and eco-tourism including the Oneida Indian Nation Outfitters and more. The Digital Analytics Implementation Specialist is responsible for monitoring online marketing trends, analyzing statistics, developing strategies for digital marketing campaigns, and tracking campaign performance. They will prepare campaign results, create data visualizations, and present insights and findings to internal stakeholders and managers on the Enterprise Marketing Team.

Essential Functions:

• Collect and analyze customer, marketing, and web behavioral data.
• Test campaigns, analyze key metrics, and identify opportunities to increase campaign performance.
• Develop and present learnings from analyses, including actionable insights and recommendations.
• Extract data from various sources such as Google Analytics, Adobe Campaign Standard, and Datorama to provide strategic recommendations that solve immediate as well as future needs
• Create dashboards, data visualizations, and campaign and website performance reports.
• Monitor and analyze digital media and marketing trends.
• Serve as the "Tagging Architect" by evolving and managing the solution design reference documentation which outlines analytics variables, rules, and use cases across web properties and applications
• Create, manage, and enforce digital analytics tagging standards to ensure robust and consistent data is captured for analysis

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience.
• 2-3 year of working experience in working with digital tag management solutions such as, Google Tag Manager (GTM), or Adobe Dynamic Tag Manager (DTM) (Google Products Preferred)
• Excellent communication skills, project management efficacy– highly organized, results oriented, and able to take initiative and lead projects.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $48,000.00 - $82,000.00 per year
