QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on lead generation and brand awareness.
- Expertise in the SaaS Industry and/or Hiring + Recruitment platform experience required.
- Must provide a marketing portfolio.
- Must have experience enhancing sales enablement, sales funneling, and lead generation experience.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to inform strategy.
- Knowledge of marketing automation software and CRM platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels including email, social media, banner ads, SEO, SEM, content marketing and management, and more.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and product managers to ensure campaigns are aligned with company objectives.
- Continuously analyze and optimize campaign performance to maximize ROI.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to inform campaign strategy and identify opportunities for growth.
- Create marketing and sales pieces to increase company growth, brand awareness, and retention rates.
- Develop and manage a content marketing strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals.
- Work with the sales team to develop lead generation campaigns that drive revenue.
- Manage budgets for digital marketing campaigns and report on performance to the executive team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $64,855.72 - $72,202.02 per year
