As a Digital Marketing Sales Executive of the team, you will identify, source, and close good-fit prospects. Using strong consultative selling skills, you will balance contacting warm inbound leads along with outreach to prospects, driving self-sourced leads for your pipeline. You will partner closely with internal stakeholders to achieve team goals and work toward our company's mission of providing content marketing and lead generation solutions.

In this role, you will:
- Educate and guide prospects through the customer journey to educate how LeadAdvisors can grow their business via our marketing offerings for purchase.
- Position the value of LeadAdvisors SEO and PR packages and the Inbound methodology to small and medium-sized businesses.
- Manage a pipeline of inbound and self-sourced leads to identify, engage, and develop relationships with potential clients to sell products and services.
- Dissect and qualify prospects’ business goals to determine if our marketing solutions can be a strategic investment for their business growth.
- Utilize B2B sales experience to outreach with prospects; create an ideal customer profile and business persona.
- Sell products to businesses with new and existing customers at or above quota level.
- Grow and manage a sales pipeline through our company CRM.
- Develop and execute successful service & SaaS sales campaigns.
- Generate new leads from prospecting efforts to qualify leads & sales opportunities thoroughly.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Leverage business from existing relationships.
- Research potential clients' products and services to identify the buyer persona.
- Attend sales meetings, trade shows, and training workshops as required.
- Assist the marketing team in the preparation of media kits and promotional plans.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience in B2B Sales and B2B Prospecting (1-year minimum).
- Experience in Hubspot sales enterprise, Salesforce B2B agency, or Media Sales.
- Experience with Google Workspace, Web-based software like generation tools, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Strong phone presentation, email, and communication skills.
- Enthusiasm toward establishing relationships with prospects.
- Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Compensation package: Hourly plus bonus
