The Digital Product Marketing Specialist will be assisting in crafting and operationalizing Go-to-Market strategy for existing and new customers in addition of supporting eCommerce initiatives. The candidate will keep up with marketing practices and strategies and apply these to the portfolio as appropriate to help drive brand awareness and a positive customer experience. They will work with Marketing organizations, Product Management and Commercial teams across the world. The ideal candidate will be passionate, have a vision for the future of digital marketing to chromatographers, and be passionate about delivering results while continuously improving customer centricity and the customer experience within our channels.
Specific Responsibilities Include
- Working with the Product, Vertical and Divisional Marketing teams to help build and implement Business Unit Level marketing plans, focusing on the digital strategy related to the product lines
- Helping develop the digital portfolio vision and continuously communicating it to internal and external partners
- Leading initiatives and tactics to drive demand for products in the portfolio through digital and marketing promotions
- Coordinating and synchronizing marketing-related activities with other functions of the Organization such as Divisional Marketing, Product Training, and Commercial Organizations.
- Digital placement and promotion of marketing collateral including white papers, presentations, case studies, blogs, eBooks, primers, protocols, videos, selection guides, and customer success stories
- Intensely seeking and supporting customer feedback as a part of marketing activities
- Working on special projects as assigned in connection with the team's goals and strategy
Minimum Qualifications/ Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in marketing or communications.
- Experience in marketing, digital marketing or related functions
- Experience in Chromatography or sciences a plus
- Strong marketing, digital and execution skills
- Effective at building relationships; a collaborative approach
- Confidence in written, inter-personal and verbal communication is important
- Proactive, independent, self-starter with the ability to work with a diverse and global team
