Job Description
Assumes responsibility for direction and supervision of all nursing staff at Clinic. Accurately performs assessment and data collection in an ongoing and systematic manner. Prioritizes Functions to best establish priorities of the facility and the customers. Provides and prioritizes patient care based on essential patient needs, and available unit resources of time, personnel, equipment, and supplies. Coordinates educational activities and maintains competency of all nursing staff at facility. Bachelor’s degree in Nursing Required. 7-10 years of nursing experience required. Previous experience in Urgent Care or outpatient centers preferred. Must possess excellent written and communication skills. Must be able to function as a group leader, coordinating patient care.
