Direct Support Professional Job at Adult Residential Facility
**I am recruiting in the Palmdale/Lancaster area. I am looking for either Weekend or Weekday candidates for the night shift at our Granada Hills location
Supervise consumers with developmental disabilities, assisting with community activities and enhancing their daily lives.
The Direct Support Professional either handles 1:1 or manages up to three clients at a time. DSP's follow up and create daily behavioral plans to provide specialized care per client. DSP's engage with clients and actively guide their clients both at the facility and outside of it.
Pre-requisites for the position include:
- Legal Drivers License
- Accessible Finger Prints
- Able to sustain a background check
- A reasonable amount of experience or eagerness to enter the field.
