What will you do?

Must have an Entrepreneur spirit with a business savvy
Responsible for the P&L of each Urgent Upfit location
Optimizes the talents of team members for the strategy of the business
Present opportunities/business plans to expand Urgent’s footprint to markets where Holman products are under-served and compatible with Urgent’s strategic focus
Built business objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales and operational budgets for all locations
Provide input to develop compensation policies that are easy to understand and reward individual achievements that support the business goals.
Assist in the development of procedural and process improvements consistent with Holman’s guidelines
Build effective partnerships with other Holman businesses or corporate supporting departments to maximize best practices to achieve operational excellence
Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned

What are we looking for?

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, economics, or equivalent experience required.
Additional education, certifications, or other distinctions would be beneficial
Proficient in various desktop tools, including MS Office Programs (i.e., Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Salesforce, Project, Visio, SharePoint, etc.)
8+ years’ experience, including 5+ at a leadership level; multiple levels of reporting relationships strongly preferred
Prior business management/ownership experience would be beneficial
Deep knowledge of the upfitting industry
Creates frameworks for measurements and reports on results
Excellent organizational and attention to detail skills
Highly self-motivated and self-directed; productive within a team environment
Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when appropriate
Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.
Superior verbal and written communication
Excellent leadership, interpersonal, communication and listening skills
Effectively coaches others, gives constructive performance feedback, and provides development opportunities where necessary.
Inspires teams’ success by creating the right working environment
Facilitate the growth and professional development of Managers
