As a BOH Dishwasher, you will support the kitchen team, keep dishes and equipment clean and ensure Food Safety is our #1 priority, and assist with stocking and preparing food to set each shift up for success. With truck inventory, you will be responsible for checking in and putting away 150-200 inventory pieces daily and must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. REQUIREMENTS

• Must be at least 16 years of age
• Must be eligible to work in the United States
• Ability to handle all equipment, pans, pots, navigating shelving both high and low
• Reading, writing, and basic math and verbal communication skills required
• Work in a hot, noisy and fast paced environment while multi-tasking
• Must work well under pressure
• Must be able to respond to changes or edits to orders quickly and efficiently
• Must have great communication skills
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds

In our kitchens, we focus on fresh and simple ingredients. And we always have. Since the beginning, we've served chicken that is whole breast meat, with no added fillers or hormones, and we bread it by hand in our restaurants. Produce is delivered fresh to our kitchens several times a week. Salads are chopped and prepared fresh throughout the day. It may not be the easy way, but it's the only way we know.
