We are currently seeking a Dishwasher for our fast-paced and energetic environment. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a busy restaurant, has experience cleaning dishes and surfaces, and enjoys being part of an innovative and growing team. The Dishwasher will be responsible for helping the team keep the kitchen clean and safe, acting as a back-up to other kitchen staff during peak times, ensuring accurate rotation of clean and dirty dishes and helping stock kitchen supplies as required.
Responsibilities:
- Have good knowledge of kitchen safety standards and procedures.
- Prepare clean dishes for the next day.
- Be able to speak to customers with ease and grace.
- Follow all sanitation and safety procedures as outlined by the health department.
- Be hardworking, patient, independent, and able to work with others who are not so patient or independent.
- Be able to quickly clean dishes and utensils in a high-volume kitchen environment.
Full or part time, 5 days Friday through Tuesday until 1-3am. Flexible start time between 7-10pm, depending on hours desired.
