• Plus Cash/Credit tips while out on the trucks (our Top Performers can make up to $8+ an hour on top of the base pay)

Driving our easy to drive trucks - Isuzu NPR (Driving)

Talking with customers and providing price estimates onsite (Customer Service)

Removing the quoted junk from the premises, carry/lift into our truck (Physical Labor)

Recycle, donate and dispose of items picked up at the appropriate facilities

Daily Job Duties:

Dispatch: You will run the routes for the Truck Team to ensure On-Time Service is provided to all our customers

Customer Service: You will reach out to our customers to introduce them to our service and to answer any questions they may have.

Sales: From time to time it will be necessary to assist our Truck Team in closing a sale. Our customers request us to come to their property but the price is not always what the customer wants so we may have to work with some customers to provide the best price possible.

Trucks: This role will spend on average 2 days out on the road in our Shiny Blue Trucks and 3 days in the office running routes.

Qualifications:

Sales experience (retail experience accepted)

Strong phone presence

Experience with customer service

Available to work weekends

High School Diploma

Drivers License 3+ Years, 21+ years of age (Required for insurance purposes)
