Responsibilities:
- Recommends changes to the electrical system and/or equipment in keeping with the current codes and standards.
- Assists in the repair, preventative maintenance, maintenance, and/or installation of electric/electronic controls and devices.
- Performs and directs the testing/repair of emergency generators, fire alarms, throughout the campus.
- Installs electrical equipment fixtures, controls, wiring, etc., as directed. Inspects, repairs, installs, and maintains electrical systems, machinery, and equipment
- Establishes and assists the Materials Manager in the maintenance of the electrical parts including but not limited to establishing par levels.
- Reads basic drawings and blueprints.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience.
- Excellent customer service skills. Experience in a role that involves working with the public.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
