Job Description
As the Energy Analyst/Associate in (or on) Arlington, VA Hybrid or Remote, you will have the chance to work with clients and our delivery team(s) to analyze problem statements and translate business objectives into clear solutions.
Working with other members of our team, you’ll demonstrate a high level technical and project management knowledge to drive the delivery of high-quality outcomes.
During your time with us, you will also have the opportunity to develop and maintain relationships with clients in the energy and utilities industry and support the development of digital products and industry thought leadership to generate new growth opportunities.

Based in Arlington, VA – an exception for remote work may be considered.
Minimum Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree in electrical engineering, data science, or another related field
- 0 - 3 years of management consulting experience in North America, preferably in the electric utility or market operations areas
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent deliverables and prioritize tasks based on business objectives
Preferred Qualifications
- Excellent and effective verbal and written communication and presentation skills in English.
- Willingness to travel across North America and from time to time internationally.
- Self-starter, working effectively under tight deadlines, and strong organizational and teamwork skills.
- MBA or comparable graduate degree
- Knowledge of power sector investment planning, asset management and digital operations in electric utilities or system operators
- Knowledge of renewable energy technologies
- Knowledge or familiarity with French
- Foundational skills in Power-BI or Tableau is a plus
- Experience with data engineering and applied machine learning with Python, R, and SQL programming
- Advanced knowledge of Excel, cloud-based database management, and PowerPoint
