JOB SUMMARY:

Work to maintain daily cleanliness of spaces to which you are assigned ensuring a clean, orderly, and attractive Cornerstone site at all times during the day shift. Ensure that all dispensers are filled at all times; including gels, soaps, paper products, deodorizers, as well as special tasks as assigned by supervisor in order to maintain a safe, clean and aesthetically pleasing environment of care for all patients, staff and Cornerstone partners.

Description of Duties:

• Adheres to Cornerstone Family Healthcare Policies and Procedures, OSHA Regulations and Department of Health Guidelines regarding cleaning, sanitization and safety in a medical facility.
• Prepare and submit orders for cleaning, for internal use on Western sites and provide to supervisor when requested.
  • Additionally for all supplies being utilized to our Cleaning Vendors, deliveries to various sites may be required.
  • All levels to be maintained to ensure we do not run out of something when needed or as directed.
• Cleans and disinfects all surfaces including but not limited to floors, counters, exam tables, chairs and bathrooms.
• Removes trash and disposes of “red bag” materials appropriately.
• Restocks supplies in each department, as assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor.
• Receives shipments and distributes them, as assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor.
• Assists the Maintenance Supervisor with Work Orders as needed.
• Travel to sites as directed to clean up spills, drips, exam rooms being pulled off line due to bed bugs, infectious disease or other; immediately and as directed to allow for clinical areas to go back on line.
• Set up of conference rooms, media or outreach events as necessary, including the cleanup of all events internally and otherwise, as directed.
• Responds to calls for maintenance assistance at assigned departments.
• Reports unsafe work areas to the Maintenance Supervisor and the Site Administrator.
• Attend and participate in monthly department, All Staff and other required meetings.
• Be familiar with and adhere to all clinical, administrative, and general policies and procedures as outlined in the Cornerstone Family Healthcare Policy and Procedure Manual and Employee Handbook.
• Maintain confidentiality of all aspects of Cornerstone Family Healthcare including, but not limited to, patient confidentiality, financials, and employee relations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• HS Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Part-Time Hours: 30 hours per week.
• A valid unrestricted driver's license for traveling between sites.
