Environmental Sustainability Leader and Life Cycle Expert

Seeking Environmental Sustainability and Life Cycle Assessment practitioner to support Family Care FEI and current business initiatives. This role will be responsible for leading Life Cycle assessments, from initial expert opinions through ISO LCA development, as appropriate, to guide business decisions and support claims.

This role will also include Scope 3 responsibilities, including collection and quality review of supplier Scope 3 and Life Cycle information submissions for Family Care reporting and analyses.

• BS / MS in an Environmental Life Science or Environmental or Chemical Engineering is preferred. Experience with Life Cycle Analysis is desired, but not required.
• Ability to develop and communicate technical positions to multi-functional teams with business and technical audiences in a clear and concise manner. Ideally the candidate should have a proven record in leveraging technical mastery.
• Strong collaboration skills are required. Ability to work with multi-functional teams to generate information needed for GPS sustainability programs is necessary.
• Strong initiative, follow-through, and attention to detail needed to ensure supplier interactions are transparent and efficient to collect all information required for sustainability assessment are obtained in a timely manner.
• Ability to quickly adapt to changing business priorities, ability to communicate swiftly to team members when a change in direction is needed.
• Ability to monitor P&G and Family Care sustainability commitments and communicate how business decisions or changes in supply chain landscape would impact progression towards those goals.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to connect with people from different cultures and levels, both internally and externally.
