Responsibilities include:

• Communicate with borrowers, buyers, sellers, and agents with details of the transaction
• Review and clear title-related issues
• Determine requirements needed to get to closing
• Complete real estate related calculations for settlement
• Review lender instructions and complete CD for lender approval
• Communicate with lenders before, during, and after funding, as necessary
• Prepare transaction documents required for closing
• Coordinating documents with signing agents for closings
• Provide support to sales team inquiries on customer behalf

Qualifications:

• A minimum of two years’ experience as a full-time Escrow Officer or Processor in the State of Michigan
• Must love taking care of the customer and working hard to accomplish their goals
