Compensation: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour.

We are seeking an experienced, energetic, and talented professional to join our team! This is a part-time position, working a mutually agreed upon schedule of 5 consecutive days a week, preferably Wednesday – Sunday, approximately between 6:00pm and 11:00pm. Hours may change seasonally, and days may change with need.

Summary

Responsible monitoring evening activity and maintaining positive resident relations with the community.

Duties

• Maintain oversight of entire community including upper levels
• Perform minor maintenance requests as directed by the maintenance team
• Assist with monitoring the property’s physical condition
• Interact and coordinate with other site employees
• Assist with processing of administrative paperwork
• Perform clerical duties
• Respond to resident needs
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

The requirements listed below are representative, but not exclusive of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.

• Perform work up to 75% outdoors
• Ability to climb at least 3 flights of stairs multiple times per shift
• Minimum of 1 of customer relations experience
• Minor maintenance experience required
• Working knowledge of property management practices
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent customer relations skills
