Role Summary & Responsibilities:
We’re seeking an organized, motivated, and detail-oriented individual to join our Event Operations department as our Event & Ticketing Coordinator. In this role, you will be key in providing admin-based support to our Director of Event Operations and Event Manager for our VIP Programs and clients.
As the Event & Ticketing Coordinator, your role will have a heavy focus on the management and reporting of sales data, support with ticketing pre-sales and on-sales, information tracking and support for our tours, and the coordination of web-based needs including the build of VIP upgrades and Artist/Tour VIP landing pages for our website.
The ideal candidate for the Event & Ticketing Coordinator position should have an interest and understanding of the music business, possess a friendly written and verbal communication style (we’re fun!), and have a willingness (and excitement) to support the success of our programs within the Event Operations department.
This position will start as early as May 1st and be an in-office role based out of our Sacramento, CA or Nashville, TN locations. Applicants should be based in the Sacramento area. This is not a remote role .
Requirements

Must have the ability to:
  • Organize data and information accurately across multiple projects
  • Work independently and in a team setting
  • Adapt to change regarding department systems and protocols
  • Thrive in a fast-paced work environment
Skills you’ll need to succeed:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Ability and willingness to assist with both low-level and high-level tasks
  • Knowledge of Google Suite
  • Willingness to learn required business systems
  • Working knowledge of computer applications is required*

Bonus skills (let us know if you have experience with any of the below) *not required to apply
  • Experience with: Shopify (Event Ticketing/Event Calendar)
  • Experience using Monday (to track tasks/projects)
  • Experience using Basecamp
  • Experience working in a Box Office or other Event Ticketing role
  • Experience working on Music Tours/Events in VIP-related positions
  • Previous experience working on Music Tours in other roles

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent.
  • Previous experience working in live event positions (or on music tours) is preferred but not required*

Compensation
  • 50,000-55,000 a year salary
