We are currently searching for an Executive Assistant to join our administrative team in Charlotte. The EA will function as the executive assistant to the CEO and CAO and provide high level confidential administrative support to the Executive team in a fast paced, continually changing environment. Duties may be administrative and project-based and include, arranging meetings, travel, handling information requests, preparing reports, correspondence, preparing agendas, minutes, presentation for team, committee and board meetings. This position is privy to confidential information and as such, requires diplomacy and discretion.

- High School Diploma.
- Associate of Arts or Science degree preferred.
- A minimum of three to five years of executive level assistance experience preferred.
