We are currently looking for an Executive Assistant to support our President & CEO of Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate (BHGRE) and ERA Franchise Systems collectively known as Expansion Brands.

Job Summary:
The Executive Assistant will play a critical role in the day-to-day operations of Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate (BHGRE) and ERA Franchise Systems serving as support partner the President and CEO of Expansion Brands. The Executive Assistant will work closely with leadership within both brands’ sales, service and marketing teams to ensure operational excellence, integration and effective resource management. The Executive Assistant will be a key liaison between various internal departments and shared services teams. Additionally, this individual will be the first point of contact for the President and CEO as it relates to external customers.

The Executive Assistant’s focus is to provide pro-active administrative support to anticipate and respond to needs of the Expansion Brands senior leadership team in a collaborative, professional and confidential way. The incumbent will have direct accountability for senior leadership calendar management, travel needs, expenses, administrative operations and communications between internal and external stakeholders. The ideal incumbent will continuously strive for operational excellence and look to find a better way leveraging subject matter expertise and engaging in pro-active two-way feedback thus enabling the senior leadership team to focus on strategic brand initiatives. This individual will be required to make decisions and act independently with little guidance daily. The successful candidate will be exposed to all aspects of running the brand as well as supporting the senior leadership team for the brand as required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide day-to-day executive support to the President and CEO and extended senior leadership team including answering phones, emails, calendar management, T&E management and travel needs.
  • Effectively represent the President and CEO on calls, during in-person meetings and through written correspondence
  • Manage meeting, travel and calendars for the President and CEO and the entire brand calendar within outlook including preparation of travel itineraries
  • Manage internal/external phone communications and email messaging in direct support of the President & CEO
  • Schedule and coordinate conference calls and meetings as needed in a predominantly virtual environment
  • Manage external contacts for CEO and keep track of periodic communication needed for priority contacts
  • Perform other duties and special projects as required by the President and CEO.
  • Partner with internal partners within the organization to identify critical priorities and adjust other business needs as appropriate
  • Responsible for coordinating and reviewing all presentations to be delivered by the President and CEO, to include deck coordination, agendas and distribution
  • Plan and provide support for executive and customer meetings; inclusive of being available to address immediate needs, capture actions items and distribute notes and related action items

Minimum Qualifications:
  • 3+ years’ experience supporting senior level executives
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive administrative experience
  • Superior communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Advanced level of proficiency in Microsoft Office to include Word, PowerPoint, Excel
  • Experience with Concur strongly preferred
  • Proficient in handling domestic and international travel, meeting planning, scheduling and logistics.
  • Comfortable working in a matrixed organization and empowered to take decisive action
  • Superior organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent relationship building and management skills
  • Proven ability to work with others, especially across team boundaries

Compensation Range

The base salary range for this position in Colorado is $70,000 to $80,000.
