The role…
At Soho House, the Executive Assistant will provide executive-level support to the Chief Membership Officer – The NED (CMO). The primary responsibilities are to maintain the COO's schedule, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, provide logistical and travel support. A successful candidate will be responsible for providing a high degree of efficiency, exposed to sensitive, proprietary and confidential information and a level of confidentiality must be understood.
This role is advertised on a part time basis and requires flexibility in terms of hours and availability.
Main Duties…
- Provide high-level administrative support by conducting research, preparing reports, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and managing calendars, appointments and confidential information.
- Hyper-organized and proficient in updating as well as managing personal and professional calendars, travel arrangements, including flight, ground transport, hotel accommodations and itineraries for International and Domestic.
- Responsible for maintaining confidentiality while being able to excel in a fast-paced environment and execute under pressure in demanding situations
- Ability to represent The NED brand and the CMO while meeting with internal/external stakeholders and through written/verbal communication.
- Keen eye for detail and comfortable with composing, editing and typing correspondence as requested.
- Represent the CMO and act as a liaison in meetings and trainings as needed.
- Skilled with transcribing dictation and written drafts of correspondence and other documents from the COO in an accurate and confidential manner.
Required Skills/Qualifications:
- 2+ years minimum experience as an Executive Assistant to C-Suite Executive
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities, project management and see projects through completion
- Detail oriented with strong follow-up and decision-making skills
- Flexibility in a fast-paced global environment and working in various time-zones
- Strong work ethic with flexible schedule that allows correspondence standard office hours and on weekends
- Demonstrate initiative and exercise good judgment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other business software's
