Urgent Hiring - Nurse Practitioner

We are in urgent need of a highly motivated and experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our team immediately. As a Nurse Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing care to our patients. You will work closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to diagnose and treat a variety of acute and chronic medical conditions.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive physical assessments of patients, including medical history, physical examination, and interpretation of laboratory and diagnostic test results.
• Order and interpret laboratory and diagnostic tests, and prescribe medications as necessary.
• Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans, including non-pharmacological interventions, for acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated, patient-centered care.
• Educate patients and their families about the management of their medical conditions, including lifestyle modifications, and disease prevention.
• Maintain accurate and complete medical records, including progress notes, medication orders, and diagnostic test results.
• Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives to ensure the delivery of safe and effective care.

Requirements:

• Current certification as a Nurse Practitioner in the state of Wisconsin.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
