Eqlipse Technologies has an immediate opening for an FP&A Manager to lead corporate FP&A initiatives. This individual will play a vital role in establishing reporting deliverables to enable business insights and lead corporate financial forecasting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or related field
• 3+ years experience required
• Prior experience should include developing financial models, financial forecasting, and reporting
• Prior working knowledge of indirect expense development, management and reporting
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Industry experience preferred
• Strong analytical abilities
• Excellent communication skills & detailed oriented

Roles & Responsibilities

• Interface regularly with leadership team to present and attend reviews.
• Lead the development of corporate forecasts on an annual and monthly basis
• Meet monthly with the functional teams to review variances
• Lead the team with the design, build, and test of automated financial reports and models using various reporting tools.
• Aggregate and prepare internal reporting for functional groups and corporate
• Solutions design, configuration, integration automation, customization, testing and ongoing support
• Collaborate with leadership to the architect in scoping, designing, implementing, and delivering on all planning related activities for planning and budgeting purposes throughout the year
• Responsible for preparation of BoD and C-level financial presentations
